MECHANISM OF ACTION
The Growth Matrix combines three GH-axis peptides. CJC-1295 (GHRH analogue with DAC) provides the sustained GHRH tone - elevating baseline GH secretory capacity over days. Ipamorelin (GHRP / GHS-R1a agonist) adds selective pulsatile GH release without cortisol elevation. Tesamorelin (daily GHRH analogue) adds daily visceral fat-targeted GH activity - the FDA-approved mechanism for abdominal fat reduction. The triple combination targets the three axes of GH optimisation: baseline tone (CJC-1295), pulse quality (Ipamorelin), and visceral specificity (Tesamorelin).
RESEARCH APPLICATIONS
- Maximal physiological GH stimulation research
- Body composition - lean mass, visceral fat, and recovery
- Anti-ageing somatopause intervention models
- Cognitive function and GH/IGF-1 axis research
- Post-exercise recovery and anabolic support
RESEARCH HIGHLIGHTS
Triple GH-Axis Stimulation
Each component validated independently; the triple stack provides GHRH baseline (CJC-1295) + GHS-R pulse trigger (Ipamorelin) + daily GHRH reinforcement with visceral specificity (Tesamorelin).
